The Bermac Building has a storied Houston history. Once among the Bayou City’s original mansion landmarks, the property at 4101 San Jacinto Street was transformed by two former Rice Institute graduates into one of the nation's first co-working office concept spaces. Over half a century later, this iconic Midtown building was acquired by Houston gallerist Kerry Inman. After a complete structural renovation and conceptual reimagining, The Bermac Building became Bermac Arts, a thriving workplace, and home to some of Houston's most vital artists and creative thinkers.
